We hope that you will enjoy everything the Digital2030 Challenge website has to offer but please be aware of the following terms and conditions of use (the “Terms and Conditions”), which are necessary for both your and our protection. In these Terms and Conditions “Digital2030 Challenge”, “we”, “our” or “us” means Digital Moment.

By accessing the content of digitalmoment.org you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out herein and you accept our Privacy Policy. If you object to these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy please do not access or use the Digital2030 Challenge website or any of the products or services on the Digital Moment website.

By continuing your visit to digitalmoment.org you agree that you shall not use the website for illegal purposes and will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce its overall functionality. You also agree not to compromise the security of the Digital2030 Challenge website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information.

You agree to be fully responsible for, and indemnify and hold harmless Digital Moment its officers, directors, agents and affiliates from and against any claim, expense, liability, damages, losses, costs (including legal fees) incurred by Digital Moment, its officers, directors, agents and affiliates which arise from any infringement by you of the Terms and Conditions set out in this agreement.

Registration for the Challenge

The Digital2030 Challenge is open until further notice and will be held on the website digital-2030.org.

Digital Moment reserves the right to change dates of the event, as well as to cancel it, giving notice of it to the participants. The participation in the challenge is free and requires registration: each participant should fill out the online form with the information required.

Each participant shall ensure that the personal data given when registering are true and correct. Digital Moment reserves the right to exclude from the Digital2030 Challenge, at any stage, all participants who have entered during the registration phase or subsequently communicated, and personal information that is not true.

Participants of all ages are welcome to explore all parts of the Digital2030 Challenge. However, to submit a story or complete our feedback survey, participants must be at least 14 years old.

Modifications

Digital Moment reserves the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the Digital Moment website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check these Terms and Conditions. Digital Moment has complete discretion to modify or remove any part of the Digital2030 Challenge website without warning or liability arising from such action.

Code of Conduct

No Submission may contain any material that is abusive, vulgar, threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, invades a person's privacy, violates any law, any intellectual property or other property or other rights, or is known to be false.
